Definitions: Cosmology (from Greek κοσμολογία - κόσμος, kosmos, "universe"; and -λογία, -logia, "study") is the study of the Universe in its totality. The word astronomy (from the Greek words astron (ἄστρον), "star" and -nomy from nomos (νόμος), "law" or "culture") literally means "law of the stars" (or "culture of the stars" depending on the translation). Astrophysics (Greek: Astro - meaning "star", and Greek: physis – φύσις - meaning "nature") is the branch of astronomy that deals with the physics of the universe, including the physical properties (luminosity, density, temperature, and chemical composition) of celestial objects such as galaxies, stars, planets, exoplanets, and the interstellar medium, as well as their interactions. The study of cosmology is theoretical astrophysics at scales much larger than the size of particular gravitationally-bound objects in the universe. Astronomy refers to the study of objects and matter outside the Earth's atmosphere and of their physical and chemical properties and Astrophysics refers to the branch of astronomy dealing with "the behavior, physical properties, and dynamic processes of celestial objects and phenomena".

Interesting Cosmology Facts

The earth Wobbles in several different ways on its axis. Once every 433 days or 1.2 years known as the Chandler Wobble. Once every 26,000-41,000 years which is believed to complete a cycle at the end of the year 2012. These wobbles of the earth's axis is thought to be the result of a combination of earth's liquid core and solid top layer, the irregular shape of the earth, the gravity of everything in the solar system pulling on earth including the sun, moon, and jupiter, the irregular and eliptical orbits of the solar system, and the cycles of the sun including it's own axis tilt and wobble, 22 year solar flair/magnetic cycle and its rotation period difference 25 days at its equator and 35 days near it's poles.
